Ana Lobato Pascual
CEO/CTO & Co-founder
Ana is a Research Coordinator at the Reproductive Medicine group at Oslo University Hospital. Ana holds a PhD in Immunobiology and has extensive experience in laboratory techniques within immunology and molecular biology. She has participated in the coordination of several clinical trials both external and internal. She has training in BioMedical innovation and BioBusiness entrepreneurship. Ana has been working on the development of the technology behind OptimOva® since 2014.
Krister Andersson
COO & Co-founder
Krister has a broad background from various disciplines and is currently working as a software developer at Dun and Bradstreet. Krister has a background in Biochemistry and is about to deliver his PhD in neuroscience from Oslo university. From 2017 – 2020 he led the data integration and curation efforts in the EU Horizon 2020 FET Flagship project, Human Brain Project – one of the largest innovation projects in Europe. Krister is experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams from countries all over Europe and has extensive knowledge in managing projects within IT and life science.
Mei Ling Lim
CCO & Co-founder
Mei Ling Lim holds a PhD in Stem Cell research from Monash University, Australia, Executive MBA at Stockholm School of Economics. Mei Ling has a strong business track record in managing globally both the scientific and the commercialisation aspects of various therapeutic fields. Mei Ling’s technical expertise coupled with an established business network and proven experience in new market launches will ensure a successful and an effective launch of OptimOva®
